Materials

Dedication Plaques can be either cast or etched.  The casting process produces a high grade, permanent plaque suitable for interior or exterior applications.  Coupled with a wide variety of textures, colors and sizes, cast plaques provide exceptional versatility.

Etched plaques provide exceptional detail that can reproduce photographic images in great detail.  Raised and recessed letters are available with etched plaques.

Cast and Etched

Cast Plaques can be made from either bronze or aluminum.  Bronze plaques are an excellent choice for interior or exterior applications.  Bronze will develop a natural patina over time, but will not deteriorate or rust.  Aluminum is approximately 1/3 the weight of bronze, providing a lighter alternative.

Etched plaques are acid etched on 0.100" thick bronze plate.  Please see the Portraits and Emblems section for more detailed information about plaques made in this manner.

Sizes

Plaque sizes range from small nameplates to large, multi-pieced signs.  The largest single piece plaque that can be made is up to 120" x 120".  Stock sizes are for single piece castings are listed below, but custom sizes are also available.
